摘要
报告1例茄病镰刀菌致角膜溃疡。患者女,56岁。右眼红肿、疼痛伴视物模糊28d。眼科检查见右眼角膜中部有一约5mm×6mm浸润灶,上覆灰白色牙膏状分泌物,前房有积脓,脓液黏稠呈灰白色。取溃疡处病变组织涂片直接镜检见真菌菌丝,依据小培养镜下特征鉴定为茄病镰刀菌。给予0.3%妥布霉素滴眼液(托百士)、0.25%两性霉素B滴眼液滴眼(1h 1次),连用2周;伊曲康唑400mg/d口服,连用2周,患者症状缓解,角膜溃疡面积缩小。
A 56-year-old female presented with inflammed, painful right eye with blurring of vision for 28 days. Ophthal- mological examination found an infiltrating ulcer in size of 5 mm× 6 mm at the middle cornea of right eye, covered with grayish-white, toothpaste-like secretion. Fungal hyphae were found from the secretion by direct microscopy, and the pathogen was then identified as Fusarium solani according to fungal culture. Her disease got improvement after two-week treatment with oral itraconazole （400 mg/d） as well as topical application of 0.3% tobrex ophthalmic solution and 0.25% amphotericin B ophthalmic solution.
