外阴上皮内瘤变

Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia:a case report

报告1例以红色疣状斑块为主要表现的外阴上皮内瘤变。患者女,79岁。外阴部出现疣状斑块0.5年。皮肤科检查见两侧大阴唇内侧下部各见约6cm×4cm和4cm×3cm的红色疣状斑块,会阴联合处同时受累。右侧大阴唇内侧皮损组织病理检查:表皮近全层间变,细胞核深染,可见核分裂象。免疫组化染色结果示Ki-67及p53阳性,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测阴性。诊断:外阴上皮内瘤变(分化型)。

A case of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia is reported. A 79-year-old female presented with lesions in the vulvar for half a year. Physical examination found two red verruciform plaques at the inner side of both labia majora, in a size of 6 cm × 4 cm or 4 cm ×3 cm, with the involvement of her posterior labial commissure. Histopathology of skin lesions showed anaplasia in the all layers of dermis, with hyperehromatie nuclei and mitotic figures, Immunohistochemical study showed positive staining for Ki-67 and p53, and negative staining for HPV.
