Bevacizumab治疗眼底新生血管性疾病及不良反应研究现状
摘要
眼底新生血管是导致视力严重丧失的主要原因之一。血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在眼底新生血管性疾病中扮演关键的角色。最近几年，抗VEGF药物bevacizumab在临床中的应用日益增多，且取得令人鼓舞的结果，同时也发现了一些与治疗相关的全身和眼部并发症。为了进一步探讨bevacizumab在眼底病方面的应用价值，对该药物在眼底新生血管治疗中的应用进展，安全监测情况，以及临床上发现的与药物应用相关的不良反应，进行综述。
