视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿 被引量:2

Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide (TA) combined with laser photocoagulation treatment on diffused diabetic macular edema

摘要 目的观察视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德(TA)治疗糖尿病引起的弥漫性黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法选用糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者25例(36只眼),随机选18只眼行玻璃体腔注射TA联合视网膜光凝治疗,称联合组;另18眼行单纯视网膜光凝治疗,称单纯组。两组治疗后(1、3、6)月观察最佳矫正视力,黄斑水肿情况。结果联合组在1、3、6月最佳矫正视力高于单纯组,黄斑水肿吸收好且快于单纯组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔注射TA可促进糖尿病性黄斑水肿吸收并改善视力。 Objective To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide (TA) combined with laser photocoagulation treatment on diffused diabetic macular edema. Methods 25 patients (36 eyes) with diffused diabetic macular edema diagnosed by ocular fundus examination, fundusfluorescein angiography ( FFA), 18 eyes of them were treated with intravitreal injection tfiarncinolone acetonide(TA) combined laser photocoagulation and 18 eyes only laser photocoagulation. The follow-up time was 1, 3,and 6 months. Visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography were measured. Results: There wereno statistical difference in mean visual acuity and the mean central macular thickness in preoperation between two groups(P〉0. 05). The mean acuity in lmonth, 3month and 6months after combined group was significantly higher than that of laser photocoagulation group (P〈0.05). The mean central macular thickness in combined group was lower than that in the laser photocoagulation group(P〈0.05). Conclusions The result ofintravitreal injection triamcinolone acetonide (TA) combined Laser photocoagulation treatment for diffused diabetic macular edemae is better than those of only using laser photocoagulation.
