摘要
采用循环伏安法(CV)及交流阻抗法(EIS)对氢氧化镍材料中的共沉积Co、Zn元素的影响进行了探讨,结果表明,以共沉积方式加入的Co元素可以有效改善Ni(OH)2电极的初期活化性能,共沉积加入的Zn元素明显提高了NiOOH/Ni(OH)2电对的还原电位,且在一定范围内,随Zn元素含量的增加,此效果更明显。文中采用NLSF方法对交流阻抗谱图进行了模拟解析,提出了氢氧化镍泡沫正极的等效电路图构成,并分析了循环过程中主要过程参数的变化趋势。还讨论了不同和浆工艺对泡沫镍正极电化学性能的影响。
The cyclic voltammetry and the electrochemical impedance spectrum were used to research three kinds of Ni(OH) 2 containing different co deposited elements.It was shown that Co element can effectively improve the initial activation performance and Zn element can obviously increase the reduction potential of the NiOOH/Ni(OH) 2 couple.It was also shown that this effect was more obvious as the Zn amount increased in a certain range.The EIS spectra were simulated by the non linear least square fitting (NLSF) program and the equivalent circuit of foamed nickel positive electrode was put forward.The variation trend of the main parameters in the process of cycles was analyzed.The effects of different positive electrode producing methods on the performance of positive were also discussed in this paper.
