荷叶降脂护肝汤治疗脂肪肝的临床研究

Clinical research on Lotus Leaves Lipid-Lowering Protective Liver Soup in the treatment of fatty liver

目的:观察自拟荷叶降脂护肝汤治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将136例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,对照组(66例)采用血脂康胶囊等综合治疗;治疗组(70例)在对照组的基础上,加服荷叶降脂护肝汤。3个月为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。结果:对照组66例中,临床痊愈7例,显效19例,有效12例,无效28例,总有效率为57.58%;治疗组70例中,临床痊愈13例,显效33例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率为94.27%。两组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:荷叶降脂护肝汤对脂肪肝的疗效满意。

objective： To observe the curative effect of self-designed Lotus Leaves Lipid-Lowering Protective Liver Soup in treating fatty liver. Methods： 136 cases of patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （66 cases） was given Xuezhikang Capsule and other comprehensive treatment. The treatment group （70 cases） was given Lotus Leaves Lipid-Lowering Protective Liver Soup based on the treatment of the control group. Three months were considered as a course of treatment and successively applied two courses of treatment. Results： In the 66 cases of control group, 7 cases showed clinical recovery, 19 cases showed marked effect, 12 cases showed efficiency, 28 cases showed no effect, the total effective rate was 57.58%. In the 70 cases of treatment group, 13 cases showed clinical recovery, 33 cases showed marked effect, 20 cases showed efficiency, 4 cases showed no effect, the total effective rate was 94.27%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Lotus Leaves Lipid-Lowering Protective Liver Soup on fatty liver is satisfactory.
