摘要
采用高压氢还原液相沉积法专利技术,建成年产40t复合镍纤维生产线。产品外径28μm~32μm,长度<3mm,壁厚4μm~6μm。将复合镍纤维经调浆烧结(脱芯)后,即成中空镍纤维基板。这种基板具有三维网状结构,孔率高,孔径小,质量轻,活性物质负载水平高,保持能力强,制成的极板表面光滑,柔韧性极强,卷绕弯曲不出现裂痕,比容量高。
By application of a patent technique of hydrogen reduction liquid deposition under high pressure,a production line with the output of composite nickel fibers(40t/a)has been built.Composite nickel fiber is of 28μm~32μm in outer diameter,less than 3mm in length,and of 4μm~6μm in nickel film thickness.The hollow fibrous nickel plaques are fabricated by a slurry-scraping and sintering technology.This plaque is of threedimensional netted structure,high porosity,small pore diameter,light weight,high loading level of active material.The active material can be more tightly held in it.The fibrous nickel electrodes have smooth surface,high toughness and specific capacity,when the electrode is sinuated no slit appears.
