摘要
通过对日常收集的一些公示语的分析,探讨了公示语翻译的现状及其在交际翻译理论指导下公示语汉英翻译时要对读者进行语言、文化和情感方面的关照,以便实现公示语的交际功能。
A review of cases of Chinese English public sign translation led to a discussion of the current situation in this aspect followed by a conclusion that translators should be aware of their readers in linguistic, cultural and emotional perspectives so that the communicative functions of public signs are well conveyed.
