摘要
我国现有退休年龄近年来遭到人们质疑,法定退休年龄与最优退休年龄脱节现象严重。本文分两种情况建立了两个经济学模型,从个人一生效用最大化的角度分析了此问题,给出了个人最优退休年龄的公式,并根据此公式进行了定量分析,提出了可行性建议。
The retiring age of our country is oppugned in recent years. The problem that legal retiring age is out of keeping with optimal retiring age is serious. Establishing two economic models in two conditions, this paper gets the formulas of optimal retiring age based on the maximization of individual utility and offers feasible proposals.
