摘要
本文通过负荷开关与环境空气之间自然对流换热原理分析,得到负荷开关表面局部对流换热系数变化曲线。在负荷开关导电部件简化模型基础上建立了反映其表面温升分布的数学模型,并通过实验给予了验证。本文所采用的分析方法及所建立的数学模型可推广于其它电器产品的稳定温升计算。
Through the theoretical analysis of nature heat convection between the ambient air and the surface of highvoltage switch, the curve of coefficient of partial convective heat transfer for the switch surface is obtained. The mathematical model for the temperaturerise is based on the simple model of conductive part of switch, and is proved by the test. The mathematical model and the analysis method could be applied to temperaturerise calculation of other appliances.
