应用扩张器修复头面部软组织缺损的探讨

Application expansion of facial tissue defect repair head

目的:探讨皮肤软组织扩张技术在头面部软组织缺损手术中的应用。方法:应用扩张器修复35例头面软组织缺损患者。结果:除3例感染外,扩张皮瓣均全部成活,修复后形态色泽自然,术后随访1年,获得满意疗效。结论:皮肤软组织扩张术是修复头面部软组织缺损理想选择。

Objective： To review clinical experience in the using of tissue expander to reconstruct facial soft - tissue defective. Methods： 35patients with facial soft - tissue defective were used tissue expander. Results： 35 patients were followed - up for 1 year, 3 patients＇ tissue flaps were infection,and the other patients tissue flaps were well.Conclusion： Tissue expander is a ideal material to reconstruct the facial soft-tissue defective.
