摘要
讨论了消灭上行雷有关的几个问题，说明半导体针不仅不能消灭上行雷，而且试图消灭上行雷是不正确的研究方向；一切以促进上行雷的产生和发展才是正确的研究方向。
Semiconductor multi-rods system is also named as semiconductor lightning eliminator. Accoding to facts that we knew, this paper proves that the guess of eliminating upgoing lightning by semiconductor multi-rods system is incorrect and makes an explanation of incorrect laws of things.
