摘要
目的:为有效地回避护理风险,降低护理风险的发生率,为患者提供安全、有效的优质护理。方法:提高护理人员法律意识,完善规章制度,加强护患沟通,做好宣教工作,开展优质服务,强化安全护理。结果:患者满意率98%以上,护理差错发生率由0.15%下降至0.05%。结论:通过实施有效的护理风险防范,强化安全护理,对预防护理安全隐患的发生、减少护理纠纷起重要作用。
Objective： To avoid nursing risk effectively, decrease incidence rate of nursing risk, provide patients with safe and ordered nursing. Methods： enhance consciousness of legality of nursing staff, prevent disputes between patients and nursing effectively, complete regulations, abide the rules, enhance communication between nursing staff and patients, good advertisements, carry out excellent service, enhance safe nursing. Results： Keep degree of satisfaction of patients who are hospitalized above 98% ,decrease incidence rate of nursing accident from 0.15% to 0.05 %. Conclusion： By carrying out effective precaution of nursing risk, enhance safe nursing, to prevent nursing accidents, and decrease nursing disputes.
