Game Analysis of Technical Barriers to Trade

自由和保护在国际贸易中时刻都存在着,其中技术壁垒是我国主要遭受贸易障碍的主要来源之一,发达国家往往采用贸易技术壁垒来合理合法地限制我国产品的出口,同时也能起到贸易保护的作用。最近全球都在经历重大的金融危机,许多国家为了保护国内的产业,纷纷提出一些贸易保护措施,而贸易技术壁垒也必然会再次成为主要方法之一,因此通过实例和博弈理论的初步分析,指出各方在使用贸易技术壁垒的时候要注意的问题,并提出应对贸易技术壁垒的建设性方针。

Freedom and protection exist in international trade all the time. Technical barrier is one of the main trade barriers which our country encounters. Developed countries tend to use technical barriers to trade to restrict the export of Chinese products reasonably and legitimately, and at the same time it functions as trade protection. In the financial crisis happened all over the world, many countries make some trade protection measures in order to protect their domestic industries, and technical barriers to trade will surely become one of the main method once again, so through examples and a preliminary analysis in game theory, the article points out the problems that parties should pay attention to in the use of technical barriers to trade and puts forward the constructive guideline dealing with technical barriers to trade.
