钢铁工业城市环境中多环芳烃分布特征与癌症发病率关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 以A钢铁城市为例对典型区域土壤中采集样品,对8种可能高致癌多环芳烃(PAHs):苯并[a]蒽(4)、屈、苯并[b]荧蒽(4)、苯并[k]荧蒽(4)、苯并[a]芘(5)、二苯并[a,h]蒽(5)、苯并[ghi]苝(6)、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘(5),运用高压液相色普仪方法,进行分析测定,结果显示,样品土壤中8种PAHs总含量范围在32.3-241200ng.g-1,平均含量80447.4 ng.g-1。城北区总含量110.2 ng.g-1,城南农业蔬菜地总含量32.3 ng.g-1,钢铁厂焦炉区采样点土壤中的PAHs总含量241200ng.g-1高于其它采样点;并对A市癌症发病率进行调查统计,结果表明,A市2005年城镇参保职工的癌症发病率160/10万,A市2007年癌症初发病率164.3/10万,随机问卷统计2000年-2008年年均癌症发病138.4/10万,钢铁厂附近采样点所在乡2003年-2007年年均癌症发病率176.7/10万,2003年-2008年间每年癌症初发病人数逐年快速增加。A市癌症发病率与PAHs平均暴露量存在明显的相关性,这一现象应引起重视和进一步研究。 Steel city A as an example of typical regional soil samples, which contains eight kinds of cancer-causing poly-cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) : benzo [a] anthracene (4), Qu, benzo [hi fluoranthene (4), benzo [k]fluoranthene (4), benzo [a] pyrene (5), dibenzo [a, h] anthracene (5), benzo [ghi] perylene (6), and indinavir (1, 2,3 -cd) pyrene (5). Using high -pressure liquid color method, the analysis of measured results show that 8 kinds of soil samples contain the total content of PAl-Is in the range of 32.3-241200ng·g^-1, the average level of 80,447.4ng·g^-1, and the total content of north of A city is 110.2ng·g^-1, The total content of south of A city vegetables earth is 32.3ng·g^-1, steel plant coke zone soil sampling points in the total content of PAils in 241200ng·g^-1 higher than the other sampling points; and A city investigation of cancer incidence statistics, results show that, A city of cities and towns in 2005 insured workers 160/10,000 cancer incidence, A City, in early 2007, the incidence of cancer 164.3/10,000 random surveying statistics in 2000-2008 average annum cancer incidence is 138.4/10,000, steel mills located near rural sam-pling points in 2003 - 2007 the average annual incidence of cancer 176.7/10,000. In 2003 - 2008, the annual incidence of cancer in early rapid increases year by year. A cancer incidence rate of the city of PAHs exposure on average is obvious, and this phenomenon should amuse the attention and further study.
