摘要
本文从近年来高校科研资金管理现状以、效果以及问题出发,指出高校科研资金管理中的不协调因素是导致科研资金低效的根本原因,并提出实现协同化管理是现阶段高校科研资金管理的措施。
Base on the state of existing state and the performance of scientific research funding management of colleges and universities, this paper reveals the problems in the management of scientific research funding and concludes that the non-conforming among the Research Division, Finance Division and Project Team is the main factor leading the inefficient operation of the scientific research funding. And some countermeasures are proposed in the last.
