中国农村人力资本与农民收入的实证研究

本文研究了农村人力资本与农民收入增长之间的关系,国内研究大都从静态角度考察两者之间的关系,这不能揭示两者的长期动态关系。本文利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解方法对两者之间的动态关系做了较为完整的细致分析。结果显示,农村人力资本积累对于农民收入增长具有很重要的意义,从而为政府加大农村教育投入的政策取向提供了理论支持。

This paper discusses the issue of the increase of peasants＇ income from the human capital perspective. Domestic studies mainly include static analysis, which can＇t describe the long-term dynamic relation between rural human capital and peasants＇ income. In this paper, their interaction is studied through Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition. It concludes that human capital accumulation is important for the increase of peasants＇ income. Hence, the government should invest more on the rural education.
