As a new U.S.diplomatic strategy,'smart power'is a new way adotped by the Obama government through intelligent use of softpower and hardpower to cooperate with other countries and develop relations by contact and consultation and to achieve the strategic objectives of the United States through multiple means.Under the guidance of'smart power',there have been some positive changes in U.S.diplomacy and the relationship between the United States and the United Nations is expected to enter a period of stable cooperation.
