城乡统筹视野下的流域经济与贫困地区流域发展战略研究

Drainage Basin Economy and Spatial Development Strategy of Distressed Area in Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

以流域经济作为切入点,提出流域综合发展规划的思路以及基于城乡统筹的流域规划理论,并结合贫困地区流域发展的战略,探讨了重庆渝东北地区的巫溪大宁河及柏杨河流域的发展思路。

The authors study drainage basin economy; they raise the issues of the comprehensive development planning strategy for drainage basin area. By emphasizing the perspective of urban-rural Integration, they propose the drainage basin strategies for distressed area development, and apply it into thinking for Daninghe River ＆ Bayanghe River basin development in Wuxi, North -east Chongqing.
