摘要
钱塘江防洪堤的沉降的观测,是水利工程建设和管理过程中不可缺少的一个重要的应用技术.盐仓防洪堤沉降观测是为了加强杭州与海宁段钱塘江堤衔接的管理监控,对出现的不均匀沉降通过观测及时掌握其变化量,避免因沉降产生江堤使用功能性和工艺上的裂缝.针对防洪堤的沉降情况,设计了变形观测的方案和具体可操作的观测措施.
The settlement observation of flood protection dike is an essential and important applied technology in the water conservancy project and management process. The monitoring data of settlement observation in Yancang are illustrated in the report and the practical observatory approaches are designed in order to grasp the instant settlement and to avoid functional and technical crack due to the differential settlement.
