摘要
沿海产业带建设带来越来越多的涉塘开发建设项目,开展涉塘影响评价是海塘工程安全运行管理和水行政审批的重要内容.涉塘影响评价既是海塘工程安全运行管理的需要,也可为水行政主管部门审查涉塘项目的工程建设方案提供技术依据.建设项目涉塘影响评价涉及项目建设必要性分析、涉塘影响分析和防治补救措施三大内容.
Impact evaluation of sea-bank related construction projects is becoming an important part of sea-bank engineering management and water resources administration due to the development of coastal industries. The impact evaluation indicators of sea-bank related projects are discussed in the paper including item analysis, impact analysis and actual for the authorities to approve the related constructing schemes.
