摘要
上塘河是杭州市区重要的防洪、排涝、景观、通航河道.根据杭州市区水系特点,按照"多点调控,整体改善"的思路进行配水,推进上塘河流域众多河道水体流动,沟通交换,达到区域水质改善的目标.通过对历年水质监测资料的对比分析,发现配水前后各监测点的主要污染物年平均浓度出现了明显变化,水环境质量得到一定程度的改善和提高.
Shangtanghe is an important river course in Hangzhou in the aspects of flood prevention, draining, scenery and navigation. The water distribution, based on the idea of multi-control and overall improvement, is mentioned in the paper in order to improve the water quality in Shangtanghe Valley. Compared with the data of the past years, the result can be found that the average concentration of the pollutant in each monitoring station is decreasing and the water quality is improved.
