摘要
珊溪水利枢纽工程自2002年投入运行以来,发挥了巨大的社会效益和经济效益.但水文水资源监测数据表明,对此,应建立珊溪水利枢纽生态补偿机制,对水源保护区内开展涵养水源、环境污染综合整治、农业非点源污染治理、城镇污水处理设施等环境保护和生态工程建设,维系珊溪水利枢纽水源可持续利用,为温州经济社会发展提供水资源保障.
The water quality in Shanxi Water Resources Protection Area is becoming worse based on the monitoring data due to domestic pollution and agriculture sewage, which is unlikely to meet the drinking water standards. The ecological compensation mechanism is discussed in this paper on how to protect the water quality in Shanxi Valley, including the protection of water resources, integrated management of environmental pollution, improvement of waste water treatment facilities and the construction of ecological engineering to realize the sustainable use of water resources.
