摘要
通过对我国冰雪项目优秀人力资源流动情况的分析,阐述在计划经济与市场经济两个时期,冰雪项目人力资源的分布不同、流动形式不同,指出在市场经济时期人力资源是在垂直流动的基础上的水平流动,国际流动频繁,职业变动多样,并提出进一步加大人力资源流动等方面的建议,旨在为我国冰雪项目的发展提供参考。
Through analyzing the flow of outstanding personnel of winter sports events in China, this paper expounds the differences in distribution and pattern of it during the period of planned and market economy, and proposes the outstanding personnel is flowing horizontally based on the vertical flowing in the market economy period; and it puts forward some certain suggestions for the flow of personnel in order to provide some conferences for the development of our country＇s winter sports events.
