摘要
分析了脱硫灰性质及其排放方式对粉煤灰综合利用的影响,认为脱硫灰的不安定性限制了其在建材领域的应用,而解决该问题的方法在实际生产中难以实现。目前,脱硫灰综合利用途径为制造硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰砖、矿物聚合材料以及用于土壤改良。
The influence of fly ash residues' properties after flue gas desulphuration (FGD) and their discharging methods upon comprehensive utilization of ash from pulverized coal has been analysed, obtaining comclusion that the bad stability of ash residues after FGD restricted their application in the area of building materials. The method for solving stability problems, however, is difficult to realize in practical production. Therefore,the way for comprehensive utilization of ash residues after FGD are as follows : fabricating cement of sulphuro - aluminate,making brics of ash from pulverized coal,manufacturing mineral polymeric materials, and being used for soil improvement.
