摘要
压火是大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉特有的一种停炉不停机处理风烟系统缺陷的技术措施,可以避免机组不必要的非停次数。压火对锅炉、汽轮机、发电机、电网等都有一定的影响,处理不当会造成锅炉水冷壁、过再热器超温爆管,引发汽轮机汽温剧变以及机组振动,发电机负荷过低定子冷却水温无法控制,诱发电网低频振荡等,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。
Banking fire is a special technical measure for large - scale CFB boiler to dispose defects appeared in the air and flue gas system under condition of boiler shutdown without stoppage of the steam turbine, thus,it can avoid the times of un - necessary non - scheduled outage of units. Banking fire has certain effects upon boiler, steam turbine, generator, and power grid etc. , it can result in tube - burst due to overtemperature of the water- wall,the superheater and the reheater in boielrs,leading to violent variation of steam temperature from turbine, and vibration of unit, as well as excessive low load of the generator,and the temperature of cooling water in stator can＇t be controlled,and resulting in low frequency oscillation within the network, seriously threatening safe and stable operation of the units.
