摘要
介绍了生物质燃料锅炉布袋除尘器的结构、清灰控制、滤料的选用以及布袋的防护,并对其除尘效率的控制、布袋除尘器本体的密封性、过滤状态与旁通状态间的切换以及灰斗下灰不畅等问题提出了解决措施。
The structure of fabric filter,the control of ash cleaning,the choise of fabrics, and protection of fabric bags have been presented,and solving measures for problems, such as the control of dust -removal efficiency,the hermiticity of fabric filter proper, the switching over between filtering and bypassing state,and the unsmooth ash drop from the hopper etc. have been put forward.
