摘要
采用双区加热法在线监测汽轮机排汽湿度,由于各温度、压力传感器受位置、自身差异、环境等不可测因素的影响,使得其测量数据不能完全反映汽轮机的排汽湿度的真实状态。为此,利用改进的硬件和软件测量相结合的多传感器数据融合算法对测得数据进行处理,解决了过多的不确定因素导致的湿度测量精度不准问题。试验表明,该方法有效、可行。
Adopting dual -region heating method for on- line monitoring of steam turbine's exhaust steam wetness, because influence of the non - predictable factors, such as different locations of temperature and pressure sensors, difference of sensor's proper,and different environments etc. , the temperature and pressure sensors can't reflect real information of steam turbine's exhaust steam wetness. For this,using the improved multi- sensor's data fusion algorithm, which combined hardware with software,to carry out processing of the measured data, solving the problem of wetness- measuring procision resulted, from many uncertain factors. Test shows that the said method is effective and feasible.
