摘要
2班制运行的9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组采用每天起停运行方式,但目前却沿用常规火电机组的维修模式,造成机组设备特别是辅机设备的可靠性差,维修被动。对此,提出了以可靠性为中心的维修管理模式,对设备的维修策略、维修周期及设备状态检测技术的应用等问题进行了探讨,提出了适应大型燃气轮机检修维护的检修模式和检修策略。
An operating mode of carrying out start - up and shutdown in each day has been adopted by a two - shift operatonal 9F class gas - steam combined cycle unit, but the maintenance mode at present is still continued to use that of the conventional thermal power units, resulting in poor reliability of the unit's equipments, especially of the auxiliary equipments,and making their maintenance into a passive position. For this,a maintenance management mode taking reliability as the centre has been put forward, an approach to the maintenance strategy of equipments, the maintenance period of them, and the application of detecting technology for equipments' status etc. being made,as well as the repair mode and repair strategy suitable to large- capacity gas turbine's repair and maintenance being suggested.
