摘要
在对节能发电调度研究的基础上,给出了综合考虑煤耗、污染物排放与网损的火电机组次日发电调度模型。探讨了发电厂DCS与煤质数据采集方式、减小数据不确定度方法、机组调度与电厂调度的选择、实测数据时间段大小的确定、节能调度的算法等问题。
On the basis of studying the energy- saving generation dispatching,a day- ahead generation dispatching model has been given under comprehensive consideration of the coal consumption,the pollutants emission, and the network loss. An approach to the problems, such as data communication system and coal quality data aquisition mode,as well as the methods of reducing data uncertainty,the selection of unit dispatching and power plant dispatching, the determination of time duration for measured data,and the energy - saving dispatching algorithm etc. has been made.
