An Analysis of Several Issues in the Science of Railway Police Guard

多年来,铁路警卫注重实际工作成效,无论是具体任务的组织部署,还是日常性基础工作建设,均有了长足的进步与发展,满足了日益增长的大警卫任务的需求。然而,我们不能不清醒地看到,至今铁路警卫实践缺少铁路警卫理论的指导与支持。为此,从理论研究视角出发,解析铁路警卫的基本属性和状态,界定铁路警卫概念、任务及主客体间的关系,将有利于实战。

During the years, the work of railway police guard has paid much attention to practical work, so it has achieved a lot in both the deployment and implement of duties and daily fundamental work, which can meet the need of increasing great guard duty. However, we have to see that the practical railway guard work still lacks theo- retical direction and support. Thus, it is good to our actual combat to analyse the basic nature and situation of the science of railway police guard from the viewpoint of theoretical study, as well as define the basic concepts and the relations among duties, subjects and objects.
