摘要 3,5-二羟基戊苯是有生理活性的重要化合物,也能用来合成大麻素,用于止痛、镇静、抗炎、助消化和抗高血压等,显示出广阔的应用前景,综述了其合成方法,比较了优缺点。 1 -n -pentyl -3, 5 -dihydroxybenzene was an important physiological activity compound and also could be used to synthesize cannabinoids for pain, sedation, anti - inflammatory, aid - digestion and anti - high blood pressure. It had broad application prospects. This review described synthetic methods of 1 - n - pentyl - 3, 5 - dihydroxybenzene and compares both virtue and shortcoming.
