对硝基涂料的概念、构成及成膜机理进行了简单介绍,列举了硝基涂料的常见弊病泛白、气泡、难流平、流挂、边缘变厚、缩孔、桔皮、硬度低、附着力低、柔韧性不够等,分析了这些弊病的产生机理,提出了消除方法,目的是为解决硝基涂料应用中出现的弊病提供一定的思路。

A comprehensive review was given on the nitro coating in terms of its conception, composition, curing mechanism as well as various common maladies, such as surface whitening, bubbles, poor leveling performance, weigh down, edge thicken, shrinkage cavities, orange peel phenomenas, low rigidities, low adhesion and low flexibilities et al. Focusing on offering definite ideas to settle the maladies the inducing mechanism of these maladies were analyzed, and the avoiding methods were given.
