Interaction of the "Host - Guest" Inclusion of β - Cyclodextrin Analyzed by ^1H- NMR Module of the Software Chemoffice

摘要 作为反应催化剂或包结物载体是β-环糊精(简称β-CD)最重要用途之一,而β-环糊精与客体形成配合物的相互作用是影响其性能的最主要因素。采用Chemoffice中1H-NMR模块对β-环糊精与苯甲砜"主-客"体配合物的相互作用关系进行分析,发现Chemoffice中1HNMR模块可判断β-环糊精"主-客"体包结物相互作用,建立准确、合适的β-环糊精"主-客"体配合物是影响判断准确性的关键。 Being used as catalyst or the carrier of inclusion complexes is the most important purpose of β - cyclodextrin. The interaction between β - eyclodextrin and substrate is the main factor which can influence the capability of the inclusion, and the interaction of this inclusion can be analyzed by ^1H - NMR module of the software Chemoffice. It was found that the veracious and suitable structure - mode of the inclusion was the key of the analysis, which could greatly influenced the veracity of the result.
