摘要
对鲍尔环、阶梯环和多面空心球三种填料的阻力进行了测试,得出了填料层的阻力系数。结果表明:在相同的条件下,鲍尔环阻力最大、阶梯环阻力最小、多面空心球阻力居中。干填料层的阻力系数随空塔气速的增大而减少,湿填料层的阻力系数随空塔气速的增大而增大。利用阻力系数法计算填料层阻力具有简单、准确的优点。
The experiments of the resistance of Pall Ring, Stage Ring and Polyhedron Empty Ball were done and the packing layer' s resistance coefficient was obtained from the experiments. The results indicated that the resistance coefficient of Pall Ring was the highest, then the Polyhedron Empty Ball, and the Stage Ring had the lowest resistance coefficient. Dry packing layer' s resistance coefficient decreased when the air velocity of empty tower increased but in terms of wet packing layer' s resistance coefficient the result go the opposite way. Utilizing the method of resistance coefficient to do the calculation was simple and accurate.
