摘要
以谷氨酸和三氯化铬为原料,合成了谷氨酸铬,得到的产物分子式为Cr(C5H9NO4)2Cl3.2H2O。通过正交试验确定了谷氨酸铬的较佳反应条件:谷氨酸与三氯化铬的摩尔比为2:1,反应体系pH为4,反应时间1 h,反应温度为80℃,产率61.8%。并用红外光谱进行了表征。
The chromic glutamate was prepared by glutamaic acid and chromium chloride in the aqueous liquid. The formula of chromic glutamate was Cr( C5H9NO4 )2Cl3·2H2O. The technological conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were that the molar ratios of glutamaic acid to chromium chloride was 2 : 1, the pH of reaction system was 4, the reaction time was 1 hour, the temperature of coordination temperature was 80 ℃, and the yield was 61.8%. The chromic glutamate was characterized by IR spectra.
