纳米钯/乙二醇体系催化Suzuki反应的研究

摘要 采用乙二醇作为溶剂,利用其还原性和含羟基官能团的性质和结构特征,将二价钯现场还原成具有催化活性的零价纳米钯,并通过乙二醇双齿羟基稳定生成的零价纳米钯,用于催化Suzuki反应。该体系无需配体,既能催化一系列芳基碘化物和芳基溴化物与苯硼酸反应,以优良产率生成偶联产物。由于乙醚微溶于乙二醇,因此,反应完成后,可通过萃取的方法分离产物,分离后的体系不需任何纯化即可循环使用,是一种简单高效的绿色化学反应体系。 Nanopalladium was formed "in situ" via reducing palladium chloride by using ethylene glycol as both solvent and reductant. The as - prepared nanopalladium could be stabilized by the hydroxyl groups of the ethylene glycol. That resulted nanopalladium/ethylene glycol system could efficient to eatalyse the Suzuki reaction without needing of any ligands from various phenyl iodides or bromides with phenylboronie acids to afford the corresponding cross - coupled products in good yields. Furthermore, products could be easily isolated by extraction with diethyl ether, and the residue could be reused directly without further purification. The catalytic nanopalladium/ethylene glycol system has the merits of simple operation, convenient work -up, good yields and environmentally benign.
