摘要
以大肠杆菌为实验菌种,研究了壳聚糖的浓度、脱乙酰化度、分子量不同因素条件下在水处理中的杀菌作用,并初步探讨了壳聚糖的杀菌机理。结果表明:在研究范围内,随着浓度和脱乙酰化度的提高,杀菌作用增强;随分子量的增加,杀菌作用出现先增强而后略有减弱的趋势。在同一脱乙酰化度下,当浓度为1.5mg/mL,分子量为10000,壳聚糖的杀菌作用最强。
Using E. Coli as the experiment bacteria, the antimicrobial activity of the concentration , deacetyl degree and molecular weight of chitosan were tested respectively. With increasing the concentration of chitosan, the antimicrobial activity for E. Coli would be strengthened. The same to the deacetyl degree, when the concentration is 1.5mg/mL and molecular weight is 10000, the Antibacterial activities of chitosan is the best.
