摘要
采用丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯腈、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作为醋酸乙烯酯的共聚单体,通过种子乳液聚合的方法制备得到改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂。通过剥离强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和耐水性等性能测试,发现改性聚醋酸乙烯酯的性能得到极大地提高,并且其平均粒径适中,粒径分布较窄,可以满足更高要求的应用需求。
Modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive was copolymerized with the monomers of 2 -EHA, AN, NMA and Vac by the technique of seeded polymerization. It was demonstrated that the properties of modified polyvinyl acetate had been improved greatly through the tests of T - peel test, tensile strength, breaking elongation and water absorption. Moreover, the particle size and its distribution of the adhesive was moderate and suitable for high demanding application.
