摘要 采用逆相蒸发法,利用卵磷脂制备黄芩苷脂质体,以紫外法测定黄芩苷浓度,透析法测定黄芩苷包封率。结果表明:卵磷脂:胆固醇(m/m)为4:1,有机相:水相为3:1,黄芩苷浓度1.5mg/mL,所制得黄芩苷脂质体粒径均匀、制备量大,包封率达40.4%。 Baicalin Liposome was prepared with the phospholipids by reverse - phase evaporation method. The concentration and entrapment efficiency of Baiealin Liposome was determined by UV and dialysis method respectively The optimum conditions were: m(EPC): m(CHOL) =4 : 1,m(organic phase): m(aqueous phase) =3 : 1,concentration of Baiealin 1. 5mg/ mL. The size distribution was symmetrical and the amount was large and the entrapment efficiency was 40. 4%.
