时标网络计划在聊城(北)编组站施工中的实践探讨

The Practice of the Application of the Time-marking Network Plan to the Construction of Liaocheng North Railway Mashalling Station

This paper introduces the application of the Time - marking Network Plan (TNP) to the construction of Liaocheng North Railway Mashalling Statin,including the illustration about the establishment and implementation of the construction progress threegrade TNP in detail and the evaluation about the implementing result. In addition,some relevant problomas on the control of the time limit,the quality and the cost for project are discussed. Finally,the paper puts forward the understanding about this practice and some proposals about the construction progress management of similar large projects afterwards.
