饲料级磷酸氢钙脱氟研究

Study on the Defluorination of Forage-grade Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate

研究了在中间产品粗磷酸中加脱氟剂脱氟，生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的方法。实验了脱氟剂用量、沉淀时间、盐酸、氯化钠、中和PH值等因素的影响，确定了最佳工艺条件。按本文方法生产的磷酸氢钙产品质量符合GB8258－87要求。

In this paper,the method of producing forage-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate is studied through defluorination by adding defluorinating agent in the intermediate crude phosphoric acid. The influences of the defluorinating agent dosage,precipitation time,hydrochloric acid,sodium chloride and neutralization PH value are experimented,and the best process condition is determined. The product prepared in accordance with tile way described in the paper reaches the standard of GB 8258-87.
