主机遥控气动系统驾控不能换向的故障树分析

摘要 通过对主机遥控气动系统的分析,建立了主机"驾控"方式不能换向的可靠性模型,据此建立相应的故障树模型;找出"驾控"不能换向所有可能的故障模式;对故障树进行定性分析,得出底事件依结构重要度的排序;明确了影响系统可靠性的最薄弱环节,提出了提高系统可靠度的建议. Firstly, through the analysis for the pneumatic remote control system, the reliability mode of the reverse failure of pneumatic control system of M/E is constructed based on it the corresponding fault tree is set up, then all the possible failure modes are found out. Secondly, the qualitative analysis and are carried out, so the list of the bottom events in order of their structure importance indexes is obtained. Thirdly, the weakest item which reducing the reliability of the system is shown. Lastly, several suggestions for improving the reliability of the system are presented.
