摘要 采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动态光散射技术研究了辛基癸基二甲基溴化铵(octyldecyldimethylammonium bromide,ODDAB)对大肠杆菌(8 099)的杀灭效果及其杀菌机理.结果表明:100 mg/L的消毒剂作用3 min杀灭大肠杆菌可达99.9990%.在50 mg/L的消毒剂作用下,大肠杆菌粒径在30 min逐渐增加,100 mg/L、200 mg/L的消毒剂作用下,大肠杆菌粒径迅速减小.因此可得结论:ODDAB对大肠杆菌有较好的杀灭效果,随着消毒剂浓度的增加,大肠杆菌被破坏程度增加. We investigated the antibacterial efficacy of octyldecyldimethylammonium bromide on E. coli 8 099 and its activity mechanism by suspension quantitative antibacterial test and dynamic light scattering. Results: The antibacterial efficacy of 3 rain was 99.9990% when E. coli was exposed to 100 mg/L disinfectant. E. coli size increased gradually within 30 rain when the disinfectant concentration was 50 mg/L. However, E. coli size decreased dramatically when the disinfectant concentration was 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L. Conclusion: ODDAB had a better efficacy on E. coli. The disruption on E. coli cell increased with the increasing disinfectant concentration.
