摘要
排球运动的功能负荷是有O2与无O2相结合.其有O2训练和无O2训练也是有一定规律可循的,采用科学有效的方法进行训练是提高训练水平、攀登世界体育高峰的重要保证.
Functional load in volleyball is aerobic and anaerobic combined. Rules exist in both aerobic and anaerobic training. Scientific and effective training methods play significant roles in improvement of training level and wining of international sports medal.
