现代社会的迅猛发展,使思想政治工作更加呈现出多样性和复杂性,这就使思想政治工作方法的辨证运用更加紧迫和重要。本文从马克思主义的唯物辩证法出发,结合实际提出了做好思想政治工作要处理好虚与实、刚与柔、情与理、新与旧、言与行等辩证关系。

With the rapid social development, ideological and political education has become varied and complicated, thus dialectic application of methods in ideological and political education becoming urgent and necessary. Finally, from Marxistmaterailist dialectics, five pair of dialectic measures are introduced, such as virtual ＆ real, rigidity ＆ flexibility, affection ＆ reason, new ＆ old, and words ＆ actions which can be regarded as effective methods for ideological and political work.
