摘要
提高大学生以听说能力为中心的综合能力已成为当前大学英语教学改革的重要目标,而对于某些院校的大学生而言,"非智力因素"的优化更为重要。本文从"非智力因素"的理论基础入手,结合对口生自身的特点和笔者多年的英语教学实践,从心理学、教育学等角度,分别从树立信心、培养学习兴趣和审美情趣、激发学习动机等方面加以探讨,从而提高他们的英语综合素养。
To improve college students'listening-and-speaking dominated integrated proficiency has become the vital target of current college English teaching reform.For vocational and technical college students, it seems more important to optimize their "non-intelligence factors".Based on the theory concerning "non-intelligence factors"and combined with the features of the students and the writer's teaching experience ,the paper, psychologically and pedagogically, discusses the cultivation of vocational and technical college students'non-intelligence factors from the perspectives of confidence, interest and aesthetics, motivation, in learning to help them achieve integrated proficiency.
