随着网络技术的不断发展和用户需求的日益增长,数字图书馆越来越重视基于用户的信息服务模式,即"以用户为中心"的信息服务。建立"以用户为中心"的数字图书馆服务模式既是图书馆学理论发展的需求,也是提高图书馆服务水平的必要措施,要通过建设信息资源及用户资源管理系统和信息检索系统等渠道来完善"以用户为中心"的数字图书馆的服务模式。

With the continuous development of network technology and the growing user needs, the digital library pays more and more attention on information services of user model, that is ＂user-centric＂ information services. It is the development needs of library science theory and the necessary measures of improving library services level for the digital library to establish a ＂user-centric＂ service delivery model. In order to improve the ＂user-centric＂ model of digital library services, digital library should construct information resources and user resources management systems.
