摘要
通过饲喂四个不同脂肪含量(3%、6%、9%、12%)的饵料,研究了饵料中脂肪含量对中华绒螯蟹生长和能量收支的影响,以期找出适合中华绒螯蟹生长的最佳饵料脂肪含量。结果表明,中华绒螯蟹呼吸能占摄食能的比例最高,生长能和粪能次之,代谢能最小;含脂肪9%的饵料生长能显著高于其他各组,而呼吸能显著降低。9%实验组有较高的特定生长率、相对增重率和饵料转化率。说明含有9%脂肪含量的饵料有助于中华绒螯蟹的生长。
In this paper, in order to find the optimal fa content in diet, the effects of dietary fat content on the energy budget and growth of Eriocheir sinensis were studied. The results showed that the respiratory energy acounted for the highest proportion of consumption energy, and then growth engergy and fecal energy, metabolic energy the lowest. The gowth energy of the crabs fed with the diet containing 9% fat was significantly higher than other experimental group, and had the highest specific growth rate(SGR), relative weight growth rate and food conversion efficiency , suggesting that diet containing 9% fat was helpful to growth of Eriocheir sinensis.
