摘要 研究了几种处理对欧美杨扦插成活和苗木生长的影响,结果表明:生根粉处理不仅能促进插条生根,提高成活率,而且对于促进苗木的加高、加粗生长效果更为显著,其中以100mg/kg处理效果最好;不同插穗长度对欧美杨扦插成活和苗木生长的影响,以20cm,18cm,15cm3个处理效果较好,且三者之间没有显著差异;扦插密度的影响,以株行距30×50cm效果最好. The effect of different treatments on the cuttage survival and seedling growth of Populusxeuramericana was studied. The result showed that treatment of rooting powder could enhance the rooting, increase the survival rate and it also had significant effect on the growth of the plant. The best result could be seen by the treatment of 100mg/kg. The research on the effect of the different cutting length on the survival and growth of the plant found that 20cm, 18cm and 15cm were good choices and there was no remarkable difference among them. The best plant and row spacing was 30×50 cm.
